Payments are processed by Stripe. MaxAI does not store your full credit card number or full payment card details. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because MaxAI provides digital subscription services, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been used or the subscription period has started, except where required by law or approved by us.
